CIDAN Investments Limited “CIDAN” was incorporated in Ghana as a limited liability company under the Companies Code, (Act 179) of 1963. It was issued with a Certificate to Commence Business by the Registrar General’s Department in February 2005 and licensed also by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Ghana to engage in Investment Management in July 2006. CIDAN was also licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority in April 2012 to engage in Pension Funds Management.
